🛠 Usage Instructions:

1️⃣ Short-Term Internal Use (Only When Needed)

• Take 1-3 drops in water, juice, or honey up to twice daily for up to 10 days during seasonal imbalance.

• For digestive support, take 1-2 drops in a carrier oil or honey.

2️⃣ Topical Application (Skin & Fungal Support)

• Apply a few drops to cold sores, minor cuts, scrapes, or fungal irritations (dilute if needed).

• Massage into joints or sore muscles for warming relief.
  🚫 Patch test before full application. Avoid eyes and sensitive areas.

3️⃣ Respiratory Support (Chest Rub or Steam Inhalation)

• Chest Rub: Apply a few drops to the chest and neck to support easy breathing.

• Steam Inhalation: Add a few drops to hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply.

4️⃣ Oil Pulling (Oral Health & Fresh Breath)

• Take 3 drops directly in the mouth and swish for 5-10 minutes.

• Spit out (do not swallow). Helps freshen breath and support gum health.
